Moulded frames → printable STL

LithoLab pack

Import an STL zip or .litholab file. The mask is the front opening; the back well is the lithophane pack (mask + border) plus fit clearance.

Shape

Rectangle, hexagon, octagon, or circle. Import a LithoLab pack to follow a custom opening.

Artwork / sight size

Visible opening. The frame is sized from this plus moulding width.

Moulding

Lip is the flat landing on the glass (separate from the back rabbet). Face depth is how strongly the moulding reads — 0 is almost flat, 1 is full character.

Rabbet

Notch on the back-inner corner. Width is lip overlap on the artwork; depth is the pocket. LithoLab imports keep the front opening on the mask; the back well follows the lithophane border plus fit clearance.

Rectangles: shrinks the glass-size readout. LithoLab import: gap around the lithophane (mask + border) in the back rabbet — tweak this if a print is tight (minimum 0.8 mm on import).
